And it has even more problems.

The first thing you need to do is to Unfollow all the Instagram Models (Especially Girls) who show off their bodies.

These Girls (Or Boys) post semi-naked pictures on their profile which triggers your brain to have sexual thoughts. Then Sexual thoughts unwillingly provoke you to watch Porn.

It’s not their fault, but it’s your fault that you follow them.

The more you will feed your brain with sexual thoughts, the more it will desire for sexual thoughts.

It gives your brain small hits of dopamine just by seeing these vulgar pictures. Then your brain demands more which end up watching Porn and Masturbating.

That’s why I told you to unfollow these Instagram models who post vulgar content. This will eliminate those triggers and small hits of dopamine, which used to provoke you to watch Porn.

Triggers are basically the cause of watching Porn. So the main goal is to eliminate all the possible triggers. These triggers can be Social Media Sites, Netflix, Game Of Thrones, T.V, and anything which provokes you to watch Porn. Identify your triggers and then just try to avoid them as much as you can.

2. Install Accountability Software On your every device

When I used to watch Porn, there was no restriction on me. I had full access to Porn sites, there was nobody who could stop me and there was no one who could see what I was viewing on the internet.

So I was looking for someone who can stop me watching porn, see what I’m viewing on the internet and ultimately help me when I failed.

There are numerous beneficial activities that you can do like dancing, running, exercising, singing, and listening to music.

You can give time for your hobbies or find a new hobby. Maybe ask your friend to introduce to his/her hobbies OR You can engage yourself in learning a NEW SKILL.

OR it can be anything that makes you a better version of yourself.

Doing these activities will distract your mind from Porn. Because the more you think about Porn, the more Urges you will have to watch Porn.

And most likely, you will have urges in your spare time. So try to fill your spare time with beneficial activities.

It reduces stress, control anxiety, enhances self-awareness, generates kindness and even more benefits.

Most importantly, it can help you to reduce porn addiction.

In Buddhist tradition, the word ‘meditation’ is equivalent to a word like ‘sports’ in the U.S. It’s a family of activities, not a single thing,” University of Wisconsin neuroscience lab director Richard J. Davidson, Ph.D., told The New York Times. And different meditation practices require different mental skills.

Meditation is not about clearing your thoughts, it’s about Getting Comfortable With Thoughts.

How To Meditate:

  1. Get a comfortable place to sit.
  2. Start off by taking a long, deep breath.
  3. Focus on that breath.
  4. Do it for about 5 – 10 minutes.
  5. You can also listen to Meditation music while meditating.

Personally, I meditate every day to keep my mind focused on my goals. And I also highly recommend you to meditate every day to keep yourself focus.
